Series F Actuator Dampers (Firestone)

TEVEMA F Series air bellows are available in single, double, and triple convolution configurations, providing performance comparable to Firestone air bellows. Designed for specialized applications, TEVEMA air bellows feature standard metallic components with anti-rust protection and can also be manufactured from stainless steel grades AISI 304 and AISI 316. TEVEMA F Series rubber air bellows offer multiple design options. To determine the type of end closure for each bellow reference and its possible alternatives, the accompanying diagram illustrates the fixation types found in the general table for each model, categorized by bead plate type and/or bead ring.

Good to know

For a specific reference of an F Series pneumatic bellow, various designs of the metallic end closures are available. These variations are shown in the following illustration. In configurations with crimped bead plates, the air connection, fastening threads, and steel quality may differ. For designs incorporating bead rings, the type of bead ring (see the section on bead ring types) and material quality can vary, with options including galvanized steel and stainless steels such as AISI 304 and AISI 316. The bolt circle diameter of bead rings specified in the data chart and technical data sheets refers to socketed head and countersunk bead rings. Threaded bead rings may have different fixation circle diameters compared to other designs. If you have any questions, please contact us.
